Join Dive Utah on a sight seeing tour exploring the natural wonders of Iceland.
Day 1: Breakfast at Viking World and stops at the Blue Lagoon and the Lava Center.
Day 2: Skaftafell National Park and an optional boat ride in Glacier Lagoon.
Day 3: Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls and a hike on the Solheimajokull Glacier.
Day 4: Golden Circle Tour-Geysir, Gullfoss and Frioheimar Greenhouse.
Day 5: Hike through the Reykjadalur Valley to take a soak in the geothermal river, Food Walk through Reykjavik. *Either this night or the next night, we head outside of town to search for the Northern Lights. Optional-weather permitting
Day 6: Diving/snorkeling the Silfra Fissure with the afternoon free to explore Reykjavik.
Day 7: Head home!
A dive trip to Iceland?
Well, 1 dive anyway. We will spend a morning diving/snorkeling the famous Silfra Fissure. This dive site is famous for it’s unsurpassed visibility as we dive in 34* water between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. All gear is included for the dive. Drysuit certification is required for divers.
